Ellie traveled to the Oregon Coast from Wyoming with her family and knew she wanted her senior photos taken at the beach. As a Cannon Beach senior photographer, I love when seniors choose the coast for their session. The combination of dramatic cliffs, soft sand, and endless ocean views creates such a timeless setting for senior portraits.
For Ellie’s session, we met at Hug Point, one of my favorite locations just a few miles south of Cannon Beach. At low tide, Hug Point reveals beautiful sea caves, waterfalls, and wide stretches of beach that make it an incredible location for Oregon Coast senior photos.
Ellie was so excited to explore the beach, and we were lucky to have some beautiful coastal weather that evening. The light along the Oregon Coast right before sunset is always magical, and it made the perfect backdrop for celebrating this exciting milestone in her life.
