Where to Elope Along the Oregon Coast | Oregon Photographer
Oregon Coast Elopement & Wedding Locations
Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock Oregon Elopement
Cannon Beach is one of the closest beaches to Portland, only a 90 minute drive. The city of Cannon Beach has wonderful restaurants, cute little shops and great hotels. The beach itself is wide and long. And of course there is the famous Haystack Rock. This rock is one of the most photographed images on the Oregon Coast and makes a beautiful background to your Elopement or Wedding Ceremony and photos. Brandi and Cory celebrated their love at Cannon Beach in April. It was a beautiful day and we had the beach almost to ourselves.

Ecola State Park Forest, Cannon Beach Oregon Elopement
Ecola State Park near Cannon Beach is a mesmerizing place. There is spectacular forest with trails, cliffs overlooking the ocean and a beautiful beach. This is the perfect location in Oregon if you are looking for a beach setting with a forest. Laura & Ryan have always loved this state park and knew it would be the perfect place for their Elopement. It rained on their special day but that made even more special.

Indian Beach, Ecola State Park Oregon Elopement
Within Ecola State Park is this beautiful beach. Indian Beach is so unique and also so Oregon. I would suggest choosing a time when the tide was lower so there is more sand available. The rocks and tidepools add a fun aspect to the location. The tree lined cliffs provide a beautiful contrast to the sand and the waves. I love everything about this gorgeous Oregon Coast Elopement in the rain.

Hug Point, the Best Beach on the Oregon Coast for Elopements & Weddings | Spring
Hug Point has been one of most favorite beaches on the Oregon Coast for a long time. There are gorgeous cliffs, hidden caves, a waterfall and so much more. If you are considering having your Elopement or Wedding ceremony at Hug Point, make sure you plan around low tide. Most of what makes Hug Point so amazing is hidden during high tide. This beach I continue to come back time and time again. Katie & Dylan’s spring Elopement at Hug Point was so beautiful. The blues and yellows popped again the cliff waves and sand.

Hug Point Oregon Coast Elopement | Summer
With the longer daylight hours in the summer, Hug Point and the Oregon Coast are great options for a summer Elopement or Wedding on the beach. The weather is always unpredictable at the Coast, but rain, grayness or sunshine, its always beautiful. Janelle & Garret’s wedding on the beach was so romantic, intimate and gorgeous. I love her blush dress against the pastel blues in the sky and ocean.

Hug Point, Cannon Beach Oregon Destination Elopement
Carrie & David flew to Portland from Missouri for their special Elopement ceremony. Carrie had never seen the ocean before. I knew Hug Point would be the perfect place for her to really experience the beauty of the Oregon Coast for the first time. The Oregon Coast is quickly becoming a favorite Elopement destination for many couples.
