Sherwood Newborn Photographer | Home Session with Baby Levi
When the day came to meet Baby Levi at his home in Sherwood, I was so excited. I first met Jen & Jeff at their maternity session in September. Jen & Jeff have been so excited to meet sweet baby Levi. They chose to be surprised and not find out if they were having a boy or girl. I love the name they selected for their little man. Being a newborn photographer, I really enjoy newborn sessions at your own home for many reasons. Being in your own environment allows everyone to be more relaxed and gives the photos a much more intimate feeling. Many more in between moments are captured during lifestyle newborn sessions.
When I arrived at their home in Sherwood, baby Levi was sound asleep on his dad’s chest. I started photographing Levi and oh my, he was so adorable. He was very sleepy and so squishy. Jen loves the ocean and marine life, and so do I. When I saw the dolphin and whale blanket, I was in love! Baby Levi looked so cute wrapped up in all those ocean blue tones.
After photographing Levi by himself, I went to get Jeff. He was sound asleep on the couch, trying to catch a few minutes of sleep. Being a new parent is exhausting! Jen & Jeff enjoyed some special cuddles with their little boy. They are so excited to be parents and are very happy for this new adventure. I think they are going to be amazing parents!
