Portland Senior Photographer | Ellie, Tualatin High School

Ellie is an incredible young lady. She is a senior at Tualatin High School and tomorrow is her last day of high school. I was so honored to do her senior photos and work with her on many different photo sessions. Ellie is a talented dancer at Fired-Up Dance Academy. Ellie is a wonderful role model for so many dancers at Fired-Up Dance Academy, including my daughter. They all look up to her and want to be just like her. Watching her on stage is captivating experience. When she dances, you are drawn into every movement she makes and you don’t want the dance to end. Next year she will be attending Point Park University as a dance major. This is going to be a wonderful journey for her and I am so excited to see what she does next!

For her senior photos, it was not possible to just do one location. In the summer we went to the Oregon Coast for photos. I loved everything about that senior beach session with her. Some of my most favorite images ever were taken that day. For these photos, we met in downtown Sherwood for a more urban feel. I love all the different textures. Finally, for an even more urban look we met in the Pearl District. I have loved working with Ellie from the moment I met her. She may not love to be in front of the camera sometimes, but my camera loves her. She is so beautiful and funny, and so much fun to be around. She is really going to be missed next year at the studio and at home.
