Queen of Hearts Engagement Session | Portland Photographer

Evan and Mariel are the sweetest couple. I was so excited to be part of their Queen of Hearts Styled Engagement Shoot. My dear friend Mellissa of Serendipity Photography always has amazing ideas for engagement sessions. Mariel’s red rose petal dress was perfect for the concept Queen of Hearts. And isn’t she absolutely beautiful? Mariel and Evan recently got engaged and will be married later this fall. They are so in love and happy!

Styled Engagement Sessions are so much fun. They are a great way to get to know your clients. It is also a wonderful way to play around and show a little bit of the couples personality. Engagement sessions allow clients to become comfortable in front of the camera. This really ensures their wedding photos will be amazing. Oregon is the perfect place for styled sessions because there are so many different locations available within a close drive from Portland- beaches, forest, lakes, fields and mountains.
