Portland Rose Garden Family Session | The N Family

The Portland Rose Garden is one of the most beautiful places in the Portland area, especially in the summer. The roses begin to bloom in late May and continue blooming through at least July. This is the perfect place for family photos. There are thousands of roses in bloom in so many different colors and varieties. The Portland Rose Garden is a great place for little ones. The gardens are big enough to spread out with even paths throughout. I really love doing family sessions here in the summer.

I have been photographing the N family for a few years now. Their first session was their maternity session when they were expecting Max. Since then, I have done a newborn session, family session and another maternity session. We had planned on doing another newborn session in the spring, however Covid had different plans. I was so sad I didn’t get to meet Lily when she was so tiny and new. However, I am so happy we were able to safely meet this summer at the Portland Rose Garden. Lily is such a sweet little girl and still so tiny. I love spending time with this wonderful family. I really believe it’s a huge honor to be able to photograph all these exciting moments for this family, and so many others.
