Portland Family Photographer | Spring Family Session at Cathedral Park

This Spring Family Session at Cathedral Park was so much fun. We lucked out with amazing weather and the park wasn’t too crowded. The grass was full of little daisies and buttercup flowers. Nick first contacted me a few weeks before Mother’s Day. He wanted to surprise Paula with a family session for Mother’s Day. Isn’t that the sweetest thing? A family session is the perfect gift. We had the location, time and date all planned out before hand. She was so excited for her present and loved the location we selected. Cathedral Park is a very popular photo destination in Portland and for so many reasons.

Paula and Nick have two of the sweetest little boys. They were so well behaved and I had so much fun with them. They have the cutest personalities. Cathedral Park is a wonderful location for family sessions because there is room to explore and spread out, and of course the gorgeous St. John’s Bridge. We had so much fun picking flowers in the grass, running around and telling silly stories. It was the perfect evening. Happy Mother’s Day Paula!

In the Spring and Fall Family Mini Sessions are offered at a discount rate. Fall Family Session in particular fill very fast so it is recommended you book 2-3 months in advance. Family Sessions are relaxed and fun, with an emphasis on capturing authentic family moments and memories.
