Oregon Coast Photographer | Indian Beach, Ecola State Park

Ecola State Park has always been a favorite place of ours along the Northern Oregon Coast. Indian Beach is a really great beach with great tidepools. It is the perfect place for kids to play and explore. My boys of course are always excited to find crabs, even if they are dead. They could spend hours looking for sea creatures in the tidepools. We arrived as the tide started coming back in, so we didn’t have too much time to look around.

After the tidepools were covered by the ocean, the kids decided to splash in the waves. Indian Beach does get crowded, but as you can see, there is plenty of room to spread out and have your own little piece of the beach.
