Newborn photography has changed because of Covid. The time of snuggly sweet babes and whispering into their ear might not be possible right now. However, with strict safety guidelines, newborn sessions are taking place and the images are so beautiful, relaxed and special. I first met Alyssa and her wonderful family for her maternity session. They were so excited to meet their second baby girl.
For Margo’s newborn session, I went to their house. I wore a mask and washed my hands several times. Luckily Margo was the sleepiest little girl, so I was able to stay work quickly and with minimal contact. She was such a sweetheart! My favorite photos from newborn sessions are the candid family moments and snuggling. These can all happen very safely at a distance. I really loved the sisters photos during Margo’s session. These moments will forever be documented, and I am so happy I was trusted to create these photos for them.
