Romantic Lavender Field Engagement Session | Portland Weddings

This incredibly romantic Lavender Field Engagement Session session is something I have been so excited to share. Mountainside Lavender in Hillsboro, just outside of Portland, was the perfect summer sunset location. In collaboration with some amazing vendors and other photographers, this styled engagement session was perfection.

We met Chloe and Derekk at Mountainside Lavender just before sunset. They are the sweetest couple. Every soft touch and glance at one another was electric. Chloe looked so beautiful. Her hair and make-up was so pretty. The vintage lavender gown was so amazing. The sheer fabric ribbed in the breeze. It really was the perfect dress for the lavender fields.

The cool was spot on. It was the perfect prop for some really sweet and fun photos. And the sun setting right behind Chloe and Derekk was magical.

This couple and this light is pure magic. This is exactly why sessions are the most amazing just before sunset. Thank you Chloe and Derekk for being so wonderful. Your love for one another is so special. I wish you a lifetime of happiness and joy.

Engagement Sessions are so important and they are fun. Engagement Sessions are the best way for us to get to know one another before the wedding day. This really helps create amazing wedding photos on your special day. Engagement Sessions allow you to “practice” in front of the camera before your wedding. They are also a great way to really tell your love story by choosing a special location, theme or something unique to your relationship. I highly recommend couples do an Engagement Session before the wedding.
