Illahe Hills Country Club in Salem, Oregon was the perfect venue for Allie & Brogan’s beautiful summer wedding. The ceremony took place on the lawn overlooking the golf course. The reception took place under huge white tents on the lawn. Illahe Hills Country Club is a great wedding venue with beautiful views. When I arrived, Allie & Brogan and the rest of the wedding party were in full wedding prep mode. Allie was very hands on when it came to her wedding set-up. We pretty much had to force her to go get ready. Allie & Brogan are the sweetest couple. They started dating in high school and just before Allie graduated from college, Brogan proposed. They are so in love with each other and so happy. Their wedding day was filled with laughs and so many touching moments. Allie & Brogan’s wedding was incredible!

Allie was glowing on her wedding day. She was so happy and looked absolutely gorgeous. I thought her hair was lovely, great for a warm summers day. It looked almost effortless. Allie’s dress from Charlotte’s Weddings fit her perfectly. The blush belt around her waist was so pretty, it really was a gorgeous dress. All the ladies enjoyed getting ready together, helping one another with hair and make-up and watching Allie put on her dress. Allie was stunning!

After the guys finished all the last minute set-up, they headed inside to get ready. There was so much laughter and goofing off going on, they were all so happy. Brogan looked very handsome. The most memorable moments were when his father helped his with his cufflinks and then Brogan helped him. The guys enjoyed eating some snacks and hanging out in the air conditioning until the ceremony began.

Allie & Brogan chose not to do a first look. The first time Brogan saw Allie in her dress was as she was walking down the isle. He was overcome with joy and emotions. It was the sweetest moment. The ceremony was beautiful, the vows made and the views.

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family met at the tee for photos. Everyone was so excited to congratulate Allie & Brogan and for the fun evening to begin. Allie had 3 of the cutest flower girls, especially the youngest girl. She was so funny. It was a beautiful spot for photos and we got them finished as quickly as possible! Before heading to the reception, we also did some of the couples photos. Allie & Brogan were so happy and I still can’t get over how gorgeous Allie looked on her wedding day!

All the little details Allie planned for her wedding were so lovely. The flowers looked amazing. I loved the colors Allie selected and really loved all the greenery. Brogan’s sister, Royalty Cakes, created the most incredible dessert table. The pinks and golds, and all the different treats looked delicious.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and mingling. Allie had the cutest children’s table set-up. The speeches were so touching with several people in tears. Allie & Brogan are so loved by their family and friends. There was dancing and a fabulous slideshow of their dating years. Everyone had a wonderful time celebrating the happy couple.

Sunset Couples Photos | Illahe Hills Country Club Summer Wedding

My favorite part of the evening was when we snuck out of the reception for sunset photos. Sunset light is so magical, especially on this night. We took the golf cart and headed out onto the course. We had the space to ourselves. It was so peaceful and allowed Allie & Brogan to have a few moments together to just breathe and enjoy the moment. This was a beautiful way to end an amazing loved filled day.
