Eco Trust Portland Wedding Photographer | Katie + Russell

Katie and Russell’s beautiful wedding took place at the Eco Trust building in downtown Portland. This is a beautiful venue for weddings with several different options within the same building. Katie and Russell’s wedding was in the Irving Street Studio. All the brick and industrial elements of the venue really create a magical contrast to the elegant wedding this couple planned. Katie and Russell were supposed to get married in 2020, but of course with Covid, that changed their plans several times. This July, it was finally time to get married and celebrate with their closest friends and family!

KATIE + BRIDESMAIDS GETTING READY

Katie and her bridesmaid got ready in a beautiful sweet at the Hampton Inn. The light coming in was so beautiful. There were so many laughs and fun stories told while they got their hair and makeup done. Katie’s dress was elegant with the prettiest little details. The girls got ready at the hotel then walked to Eco Trust. Katie put on her dress at the venue. She looked like a princess, absolutely gorgeous! The moments with her dad were so special.

RUSSELL + HIS GROOMSMEN

Russell and the groomsmen also got ready at the Hampton Inn. They were a bunch of jokesters! They all looked handsome in their navy suits. After getting ready, they walked over to the venue also, being careful to not see the bride. The guys took over the bridal suit before the ladies arrived.

THE WEDDING DETAILS

From the flowers to the cake, table decor and menus, everything was so elegant. I loved all the white flowers mixed with pale pink and greenery. All the details were classic and not overdone, creating a beautiful atmosphere.

THE CEREMONY IN THE IRVING STREET STUDIO

The ceremony was sweet and simple. Irving Street Studio is an incredible venue for an indoor wedding ceremony. The architecture is unique, and the flowers really popped against the brick. Connected to the EcoTrust building, the space combines historic charm with modern sustainability, creating a bright, airy atmosphere perfect for celebrating love. Its clean lines and thoughtful design make every detail—from décor to photography—truly stand out.

WEDDING PARTY + FAMILY PHOTOS

Outside the Eco Trust building are great spots for photos. There are several different backdrops in the area. Both families were so excited this day had finally come. The wedding party was so much fun and they looked amazing!

COUPLES PHOTOS ON THE STREETS OF PORTLAND

Couples photos are always my favorite part of a wedding. Katie & Russell are perfect for each other. They are so sweet to one another and you can feel the love between them. We did some photos after wedding party photos and then snuck out for a few more before the sunset.

THE RECEPTION – TIME TO CELEBRATE!

The reception started with a delicious plated dinner, followed by the best speeches and first dances. Then the real party started! Katie, Russell and their guests had all the dances moves. It was the party of the year and ended with an all out dance session. Congratulations Katie & Russell!
