Cannon Beach Winter Maternity Session | Sherry & Ian

Cannon Beach in the winter can be rainy and cold, or like this January winter day, sunny, warm and zero wind. It was the perfect afternoon for an Oregon Coast maternity session on the beach. Cannon Beach has so many amazing beach locations, with Haystack Rock being the most popular place for photography sessions.  I met Sherry and Ian on the beach in front of Haystack Rock. This wonderful couple drove down from Tacoma for a weekend babymoon and for their maternity session. When they first started dating, they came to Cannon Beach for there first weekend away. They have wonderful memories of this cute little town and knew this was where they wanted to do their maternity photos.

Sherry looked absolutely gorgeous. I love the emerald green Sew Trendy maternity gown she wore. Along with her red hair, she looked like a beautiful mermaid on the beach. The dress fit her perfectly and she felt so comfy and pretty in the gown. Sherry and Ian are the sweetest couple and are so excited to meet their new bundle of joy in just a few short weeks. I am so happy for them and I know they are going to love this next adventure in their lives. We couldn’t have had better weather for January at the Coast and we truly enjoyed our time together.

Portland Maternity Sessions take place in fields, the forest, the city or your home for an intimate maternity session. Maternity Sessions should be scheduled between 32 and 35 weeks.
