Because of Covid, some families are choosing to do their newborn session outdoors. Outdoor newborn sessions can be really unique and still capture the same memories that would be photographed in your home. The time of year and weather here in Oregon can play an important role in determining if an outdoor session is the best choice. Baby Elliot was born at the peak of Covid, so this wonderful family decided to wait a while to do his baby photos. When Elliot was about 2 months old we met at a park on a beautiful day. I was so excited to meet this sweet boy. Over the years I have really gotten to know this family since their first maternity session. I look forward to seeing them once or twice a year. Outdoor newborn sessions are a perfect way to celebrate your baby’s arrival. I look forward to more outdoor baby photos once the weather improves and spring arrives.
