Portland Engagement Session at Government Cove | Alisa & Blake

After stopping at Latourell Falls for photos, this lovely couple and I headed to Government Cove to finish up their Engagement Session. I always love spending time in the Columbia River Gorge because its so beautiful, romantic and close to Portland. Heading out to the Gorge for your Engagement Photos, Elopement or Wedding is easy and you feel like you are in a whole other world. Government Cove is a hidden little spot near Cascade Locks with amazing cliff walls and beautiful views of the Columbia River.

Alisa & Blake are getting married in September and I am so excited for their wedding. They are the cutest couple, or lovely dovey and so comfortable in front of the camera. Alisa is so gorgeous and I love her big smile. Blake is very handsome and he adores Alisa. We met in the afternoon at Latourell Falls and spent some time exploring and taking photos before heading to our next location in the Gorge. Brenna Burnett Florals created a gorgeous white and green bouquet. It was perfect for the forest and waterfall location. Her work is amazing.

Alisa & Blake are always up for an adventure. I love couples that are ready for some fun. The memories made during these sessions are the best. Engagement Sessions are a wonderful time to get to know each other and practice being in front of the camera, which for some people, isn’t easy. Alisa & Blake are going to rock their wedding photos and I am so excited for their big day!
