Ecola State Park & Hug Point Elopement | Cannon Beach Photographer

For Casey & Eric’s second pre- elopement session, we choose Cannon Beach. Cannon Beach has so many beautiful beaches and overlooks. My favorite 2 places for elopements in Cannon Beach are Ecola State Park and Hug Point. Casey & Eric will be getting married overseas with family. Before then, they wanted to do some elopement / couples photos in Oregon. In the spring we met at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm and now we were ready to explore the Oregon Coast together. We started at the Ecola State Park overlook. This is such a gorgeous area that overlooks the Cannon Beach coastline.

After spending some time at Ecola, we drove a few miles south of Cannon Beach to Hug Point. This is my absolute favorite beach around Cannon Beach, but mainly at low tide when you can reach the waterfall and caves. We lucked out with some lovely early fall beach weather and had the beach almost to ourselves. These two are so sweet together and love to be silly with one another. I have really enjoyed getting to know this wonderful couple and it has been an honor to create beautiful wedding memories for them.
